Charlie Kirk, A “Choice Youth”

In light of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, I was led by the Lord to something this morning that I would like to share. One of David’s mighty men, who gave him strong support in his kingdom, was a man named Azmaveth (az-maw’-veth), the Baharumite (bakh-ar-oo-mite) (see 1 Chronicles 11:33). Azmaveth’s name means “strong unto death.” A Baharumite is an inhabitant or descendant of Bahurim. It means “choice youths.” Charlie Kirk was a choice youth of God, a mighty man in His army, who stood strong unto death. His example of overcoming evil with good, lies with truth, is a seed that has been planted within many young people’s hearts. Erika Kirk, his widow said, “My husband laid down his life for me, for our nation, for our children. He showed the ultimate and true covenantal love.” I believe that through his death, life will abound within the hearts of many other youths.

Jesus was Charlie’s example, and ours. He said, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless a grain of wheat falls into the earth and dies, it remains alone; but if it dies, it bears much fruit.” (John 12:24) The fruit of the choice youth in the army of God that will soon be placed in the earth will soon be manifested, causing even greater fear in the ranks of the wicked.

In the recently published book “Under Threat Of Death,” by Eugene Bach (Back To Jerusalem), Shagufta Kausar shares her story of persecution for her faith in Jesus Christ within her nation of Pakistan. The unjust, deadly blasphemy laws within Islam, which by the way are spreading to other nations around the world, falsely accused her of a crime she never committed, resulting in her being sentenced to death. Ultimately, miraculously, after seven years in prison, she was delivered by THE all-powerful and loving God. (By the way, she will be speaking in our town, Cedar Springs, Michigan, on Sunday morning and evening, October 12, 2025.)

In her story, she made the following statement that applies to what we are now experiencing through the assassination of Charlie Kirk. She says that what we fear can turn into hatred;

“…There didn’t seem to be any rational reason for the violence against Christians. My father said the new Islamic laws of Pakistan were making everyone afraid of their neighbors and their fear appealed to man’s lowest basic instinct. ‘They don’t necessarily hate Christians,’ he said from his bed after watching the news. ‘They fear Islam.’

Fear is a basic instinct that instinctively manifests itself into hate. Anyone with a phobia can easily identify with that premise. I have a strong sense of arachnophobia, or an extreme fear of spiders, and so I naturally hate spiders.

The daily propaganda against Christians created fear and evoked strong emotions of hate and anger. The violence and persecution that were playing out all over Pakistan were not emotion but were the effects of an emotional response.

My state of province of Punjab was a powder keg about to explode because of the propaganda against Christians being pumped into the schools, newspapers, and mosques. It is enough that Christians do not evangelize, and it is not enough that they abide by Islamic law, but they are not able to even disagree because so often disagreement can be called blasphemy.” [We are now seeing this manifested in America.]

(“Under Threat Of Death”, p.54-55)

It's now time for the Azmaveth’s of Baharum to arise in Jesus’ name. They will be used in these closing moments of this age to do great exploits under the anointing of the Captain of the Lord of hosts. The Holy Spirit has shown to Me in the past how they will be used to carry Christ’ presence through the east gate, onto His throne in Jerusalem at the end of this age. The colt and her mother that were unbound and brought to the Lord by His disciples were are the type (Matthew 21:1-7). They too will be freed and unbound from their sin because the Master has need of them. They will be guided by the seasoned followers of the Lord, as pictured by the mother of the colt, helping to keep them calm and steadfast in their calling, ushering in the kingdom age of the Messiah, Jesus Christ. Praise the name of the Lord!
