This revelation began early on the morning of Saturday, July 24, 2024. while I spent time with the Lord. I was led to the YouTube video, “I Had 4 Dreams About Donald Trump,” by Robert Henderson. He shared that in March, 2016, in the first dream, which was before Trump became president, the Lord asked him to hold a conference on July 6. Later, while searching the significance of this day, he discovered that “July 6, 1854, in Michigan, was the birth place, and the birth date of the Republican Party.” When he saw this, the Lord said to him, “I intend to reclaim the Republican Party for My purposes. And the election of Donald J. Trump is going to be part of this process.” It was at that moment, when I heard him say this, that I was deeply stirred within by the Holy Spirit, moving me toward this revelation.
To claim something is to declare or take ownership of it. To reclaim something is to get it back, to retake something lost. Merriam Webster Dictionary defines “reclaim” in the following manner:
to recall from wrong or improper conduct
to rescue from an undesirable state
to demand or obtain the return of
to regain possession of [see Daniel 7:21-22]
Webster’s 1828 Dictionary defines it as:
to claim back; to demand to have it returned
to call back from error, wandering or transgression, to the observance of moral rectitude [“morally correct behavior or thinking that is upright and honorable; righteousness”]
to recall; to cry out against
to demand or challenge; to make a claim
to encroach on what has been taken from one; to attempt to recover possession [there’s more below on repossessing, per the word of God, in the section further below titled “(Re)Possessing The Land”]
After researching further, I began to see that the social and political landscape of that time in our history, compared to now, are strangely similar. In the past, through numerous biblical examples, the Lord revealed to me that we will know the end from the beginning, that there is an undeniable likeness between the way He starts and finishes His purposes on earth. The types and shadows of the Old Testament, as well as New Testament examples, are a witness of this.
By the manner in which the Holy Spirit has led me into this understanding, it is my conviction that, at this crucial time of our nation’s history, He is calling His people who have ears to hear what the Spirit is saying, to reclaim that which He began, beginning at the place where He formally birthed it, for the completion of His purposes. [I share at the end that my wife and I did this on August 5, 2024. Our prayer is that the ripple effect from a simple act will go far and wide for the glory of God and the fulfillment of His purposes in our nation.]
As the Lord has declared, “I make known the end [319- “the last or end, outcome”] from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose [6098- “counsel, advice, purpose”] will stand [6965- “to arise, to be raised up, stand up, come about”], and I will do all that I please.” (Isaiah 46:10/NIV) From this passage of Scripture, and those right below, it’s made clear that we are to receive the Lord’s “purpose” first, His “counsel, advice, and purpose,” rather than man’s, and then act upon it (i.e. be doers of the word, not just hearers). In this manner, His purpose will come into being, so as to manifest its Divine intent.
A Nation Lacking In Counsel
Deuteronomy 32:28-30 – See the note below.
28 "For they are a nation lacking in counsel [6098- see def. in Isaiah 46:10 above], and there is no understanding in them.
29 "Would that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would discern their future [319- see def. in Isaiah 46:10 above]!
30 "How could one [259- “one, each, every, a certain; properly, united”] chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, unless their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had given them up?
NASU
This is the Lord’s rebuke of the rebellious children of Israel, right before they entered the Promised Land. America has become the same “nation lacking in counsel,” with “no understanding in them.” Notice that both Hebrew words from Isaiah 46:10 above, [6098] and [319] are in this passage. (For more verses on “counsel” [6098], which is interpreted in Isaiah 46 :10 above as “purpose,” see Psalm 1:1-6, 73:24, 106:13-15, 107:10-13, and Isaiah 11:1-2.)
It is important to understand that through the revealed knowledge of God’s “counsel,” a small minority can defeat a large majority! This warfare knowledge is what we must understand, as well as the reason for it not occurring. Being “one” in Christ is the key. Vine's Expository Dictionary of Biblical Words says the following; “Frequently it is said that God ‘sold’ Israel into the power of her enemies, meaning that He gave them over entirely into their hands (see Judges 2:14).” It is to become enslaved to our enemies, which means we are no longer able to stand up against. This explains the current spiritual state within our nation.
Jeremiah 23:17-22 – Before these verses, the Lord rebukes the shepherds and false prophets. While the wicked in our nation are making “secret and confidential plans” behind closed doors, all of which the Lord hears, even before the “planners” think it, the Lord is revealing His plans to His listening servants (see Psalm 25:14). First and foremost, the Lord’s plans are to turn His people from their wicked ways. This occurs by receiving His counsel, and then proclaiming it to His people.
17 They continually say to those who despise Me, 'The Lord has said, "You shall have peace"'; and to everyone who walks according to the dictates of his own heart, they say, 'No evil shall come upon you.'"
18 For who has stood [5975- “to take one’s stand, stand still, to remain”] in the counsel [5475- “a council, a counsel, secret counsel or confidential plan, intimacy (with God)”] of the Lord, and has perceived and heard His word? Who has marked [7181- “to be attentive, to heed, to pay attention, to listen”] His word and heard [8085- “to hear (i.e. to have or gain knowledge), listen, obey, publish”] it?
19 Behold, a whirlwind of the Lord has gone forth in fury — A violent whirlwind! It will fall violently on the head of the wicked.
20 The anger of the Lord will not turn back until He has executed and performed the thoughts of His heart. In the latter [319- same Hebrew in Isaiah 46:10 above] days you will understand it perfectly [998- “understanding, discernment”].
21 "I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran. I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied.
22 But if they had stood [5975] in My counsel [5475], and had caused My people to hear My words, then they would have turned them from their evil way and from the evil of their doings.

Proverbs 1:24-32 – Through Solomon, the Lord rebukes His people for not listening to them. He says that, because they “neglected all My counsel,” that He would laugh at their calamity.
24 "Because I called and you refused, I stretched out my hand and no one paid attention [see Daniel 9:13-14];
25 And you neglected [6544- “to ignore, to loosen, to dismiss”] all My counsel [6098] and did not want My reproof;
26 I will also laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your dread comes,
27 When your dread comes like a storm and your calamity comes like a whirlwind, when distress and anguish come upon you.
28 "Then they will call on Me, but I will not answer; they will seek Me diligently but they will not find Me,

“On January 19, 2004, my wife had a stroke at the age of 44 that almost claimed her life. I’ve written much on this in my book “The Resurrected Bride.” After all that we went through, the Lord gave me a promise regarding His bride. He spoke to me about a final revival that is coming to the church. Though His bride appears to be almost dead within the majority of the church in America, as Shelley appeared to be, she too will be raised to life through the very difficult circumstances we will go through. Like those who began our nation, those who finish [i.e. Finishing Fathers] our call must also be refined so as to stand firm until the end and fulfill the purpose of God.
Through the horrific times encountered in Holland, the Lord began to reveal that He wanted the Pilgrims to go to America. As it became clearer to them where they were going, their pastor, John Robinson, was praying for a greater understanding of why they were going. In time, the Lord revealed to him that He did have a special purpose for them.
In their book “The Light And The Glory,” Peter Marshall and David Manuel share that he would write how “he perceived that God was calling them to a new Jerusalem, to build His temple anew, with themselves as its stones: ‘Now as the people of God in old time were called out of Babylon civil, the place of their bodily bondage, and were to come to Jerusalem, and there to build the Lord’s temple, or tabernacle…so are the people of God now to go out of Babylon spiritual to Jerusalem…and to build themselves as lively stones into a spiritual house, or temple, for the Lord to dwell in…” They followed by commenting, “It seemed that God had indeed chosen them, and was now in the process of preparing them to become His temple in America.”
The huge cost of their daily commitment to God and to one another that they willingly paid, including some of their own lives, laid a foundation for the religious freedoms and democracy that we enjoy today. In his book “Of Plymouth Plantation,” William Bradford would remind future generations of the reasons for the difficulties encountered by the Pilgrims. He prophetically wrote; “As one small candle may light a thousand, so the light kindled here has shown unto many, yea in some sort to our whole nation…We have noted these things so that you might see their worth and not negligently lose what your fathers have obtained with so much hardship.”
The future existence of the freedoms our Forefathers fought so hard for is dependent upon the response of those Christians within this great nation who hear and obey the call to re-enter the “Covenant Way.” Pertaining to law, one of the definitions of “re-entry” is, “a coming into possession again under a right reserved in a prior transfer of property.” The repossession of this land through the covenantal blessings that our Forefathers experienced with God is what’s at stake. According to the Lord, it is that simple and serious. Deep repentance among Christians, not better government initiatives through a new President, is the answer.”
As we’ll discover, the basis for founding a new party in the American government was the issue of freeing the enslaved (i.e. doing what the Constitution declared). It would be the introduction of a compromise for the sake of peace that would serve as the catalyst for the “new thing” (i.e. a new party). A lowering of the original standards that were derived from the original intent “that all men are created equal,” created an opportunity for the devil to take possession of that which was not designed, in our beginning, to be his to possess. Per the prompting of the Holy Spirit, it is now time to repossess that which our enemy retained through the corruption of man.
The Return
The Return was a Christian solemn assembly held on Saturday (Shabbat), September 26, 2020 in Washington, D.C. It was Tishri 8 on the Jewish calendar. Because of the closeness to Tishri 10, the Day of Atonement when the sentence was sealed according to Jewish tradition, does this mean that we are that close to our sealing, individually and corporately, if not repented of? I believe so.
The advertising for the event said the following;
“On the 400th anniversary of the sailing of the Mayflower, evangelical leaders from around the country are scheduled to gather at the Mall in Washington, D.C., to pray for America. The prayer event is called The Return, with prayer initiatives starting forty days before the presidential election and the main event slated for Saturday, September 26… “America and much of western civilization was founded on a biblical foundation stone, but it has turned away from that foundation,” says Jonathan Cahn… “We have not only driven God out of our public life, and have called what is good evil and what is sin good, but we have sacrificed the lives of over 60 million unborn children. And America’s fall from God is not only progressing, it’s accelerating, to the point that it is no longer just a falling away, but a war against the purposes of God. We have a window of time, and the purpose of that window is return and revival. Without that return, America will be lost.”
During the gathering, Jonathan Cahn, a Messianic Jew, smashed a clay pitcher on stage based on what the prophet Jeremiah did as a sign to ancient Israel of what God was going to do to them and their city for their rebellion against Him (Jeremiah 19:10-12). When he broke it, I felt it in my spirit. It was an overwhelming sense of fear and dread, as when a person stands before a judge who declares their sentencing for illegal behavior.
My wife and I were gathered together with other Christians on the lawn of our capitol building in Lansing, Michigan during this event. We were all on our knees, not seeing Rabbi Cahn on the big screen they had put up, but could only hear him. It was the frightful feeling of a decree from heaven, declaring the sentencing of His people. The Scriptures tell us that “judgment [2917 - “a decision, a decree, the sentence pronounced, a verdict”] begins in the house of God.” (1 Peter 4:17) I literally felt a Providential decree that I did not quite comprehend at the time, but knew that it was a serious, dreadful moment.
What I now understand, and thought to be true at the time, is that the judgment/decree of God was declared that day, not only over our nation’s capital and those who have fraudulently taken over, but in particular over the church in America. Unbelievers are already in a state of judgment. I believe this was, in type, when, as Jewish tradition says, God pronounces a judgment on the Feast of Trumpets. As I said, I didn’t fully understand at the time what had just occurred, but knew that a grave declaration had just been decreed by God.
If true, this means that the Feast Of Trumpets has transpired, again in type, and we are now in the final call. This is a shorter period, represented by the ten Days of Awe, to repent and have God turn the sentencing around, if necessary, before the sealing of the verdict on, again per Jewish tradition, the Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur). The psalmist declared, “Salvation is far from the wicked, for they do not seek out your decrees.” (Psalm 119:155/NIV) It would be wise to seek out the decree of God for your life so as to make sure you are ready for the final Yom Kippur. Ripon, Wisconsin

“Ripon (/ˈrɪpən/) is a city in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 7,863 at the 2020 census.”
“In 1849, Captain David P. Mapes arrived in the area and fell in love with a ‘silver creek weaving its way through Wisconsin's rolling hills.’ He built a grist mill on the hill and with John Scott Horner who owned part of the nearby land, suggested the newly created settlement be named ‘Ripon’ in honor of his ancestral home, the English cathedral city of Ripon, Yorkshire.”
“Ripon is home to the Little White Schoolhouse, the commonly recognized birthplace of the Republican Party.”
[Ripon, Wisconsin and Jackson, Michigan, where it was formally organized, would argue who actually was the birthplace, but it was upon hearing that it started in Michigan that the Holy Spirit stirred within me.]
“Meeting at a school house in Ripon on March 20, 1854, some 30 opponents of the Kansas–Nebraska Act called for the organization of a new political party (to link their cause with the Declaration of Independence). The group also took a leading role in the creation of the Republican Party in many northern states during the summer of 1854. While conservatives and many moderates were content merely to call for the restoration of the Missouri Compromise [more on this below] or a prohibition of slavery extension, the group insisted that no further political compromise with slavery was possible.”
[I hold to the same conviction in regards to abortion. To accept a “political compromise” on this issue of life and death in order to simply appease the other side is to lower the standard of God down to man’s level (i.e. a man-pleaser). As with the Missouri Compromise, it will only serve to fuel the inevitable war of ideas, which can lead to an outright war in the physical realm as it did with our nation’s Civil War. Without Divine intervention, this is our inevitable destiny.
Compromise
§ To settle a dispute by mutual concession.
§ To accept standards that are lower than is desirable. [Lowering God’s standard to make peace at any cost.]
§ A way of reaching agreement in which each person or group gives up something that was wanted in order to end an argument or dispute.
§ A concession to something derogatory or prejudicial. a compromise of principles.
The Missouri Compromise (1820) – This legislation admitted Missouri as a slave state and Maine as a non-slave state at the same time, so as not to upset the balance between slave and free states in the nation. It also outlawed slavery above the 36º 30' latitude line in the remainder of the Louisiana Territory. With the purchase of the Louisiana Territory and the application of Missouri for statehood, the long-standing balance between the number of slave states and the number of free states would be changed. Controversy arose within Congress over the issue of slavery. Congress adopted this legislation and admitted Missouri as a slave state and Maine as a non-slave state at the same time, so that the balance between slave and free states in the nation would remain equal.]
“The Missouri Compromise also proposed that slavery be prohibited above the 36º 30' latitude line in the remainder of the Louisiana Territory. This provision held for 34 years, until it was repealed by the Kansas-Nebraska Act of 1854. In 1857, the Supreme Court ruled that the Missouri Compromise was unconstitutional in its Dred Scott v. [I believe the Lord is calling us back to where this new party began in our state, so as to re-possess what the devil took through deception. As stated at the beginning of this word, Isaiah 46:10 says, “I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose [6098- “counsel, advice, purpose”] will stand, and I will do all that I please.” (NIV) A quick look at the time in history when this began will reveal to us what we are facing today, and what the Lord is saying should be done now. It will not be accomplished through the ways of man, but per what the Spirit is saying to the church (i.e. His “counsel”).
Remember, in the first dream that Robert Henderson had, he said that Donald Trump called him and said, “I need for you to do a conference for me on July the 6th to shift things concerning the election… I [God] intend to reclaim the Republican Party for My purposes. And the election of Donald J. Trump is going to be part of this process.”]
The History Of The Republican Party

Grand New Party
“It began in a little schoolhouse in Ripon, Wisconsin, in 1854. A small group of dedicated abolitionists gathered to fight the expansion of slavery, resulting in the birth of a new Party dedicated to freedom and equal opportunity.”
“The name ‘Republican’ was chosen, alluding to Thomas Jefferson’s Democratic-Republican Party and conveying a commitment to the inalienable rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.”
“The Party was formally organized in July 1854 by thousands of anti-slavery activists at a convention in Jackson, Michigan. And it was no accident that two years later, in 1856, the first Republican National Convention took place in Philadelphia, where the Constitution was written.”
The section “The Kansas-Nebraska Act” further below reveals why a new party came into being, as well as the numerous comparisons to the social and political landscape of today. While researching all of this, I was led to a video in which a gentleman was interviewing two Christian ladies, Amanda Grace and Donne Clement Petruska. Donne’s father, Kim Clement, was a well-known prophet who was respected for the amazing things that he said, and have come true. She said that during one prophesy, “[her father] saw God not being satisfied with the Democrats or the Republicans, and shaking both parties, and that a new party would come out of this… He called it the “American Party.”
Another interesting sidenote about the city of Jackson is that it housed a vital Civil War training camp called Camp Jackson. Because of its contribution to the war by training the troops, President Lincon declared, “Thank God for Michigan!” (1861) Because of the training of the spiritual troops that will regain the union of the Lord’s people within our blessed nation, may it be said of us again by the incoming leadership of our nation.
The 26th Infantry Regiment of the Union troops, during the Civil War, trained at Camp Jackson. They were among the units that guarded the path of Union General Ulysses S. Grant on his way to the Appomattox Court House in Virginia on April 9, 1865 where, trapped by the Union troops, Confederate General Robert E. Lee formally surrendered his army, ending the Civil War.

Under The Oaks

“Jackson is the birthplace of the Republican Party, but you wouldn't know that if it were up to the Republican National Committee.”
“While for decades, there has been a dispute between Jackson and the town of Ripon, Wisc., over where the party was formed, the RNC’s website had always previously mentioned that both cities had a part in the formation of the party.”
“The site used to state that, “The first informal meeting of the party took place in Ripon, Wisconsin, a small town northwest of Milwaukee. The first official Republican meeting took place on July 6th, 1854 in Jackson, Michigan.” Now that history has been wiped from the site. It skips over both meetings and says the Republicans became a national party in 1856 by nominating John C. Fremont for president.”
“Jerry Roe, a former executive director of the Michigan Republican Party, who once owned the property in Jackson where that first meeting took place, said the RNC can’t just erase that piece of history; “Do they have some blessed authority that lets them do that? The birth of the party is the birth of the party,” said Roe who has promoted Jackson’s claim on a national level for much of his life. “We started our history on July 6, 1854. You can’t start in 1856.”
“A spokeswoman for the RNC stated the history page on the party’s website has not been altered since Reince Priebus, who is from Wisconsin, became party chairman…”
“That first official meeting of the GOP in Jackson took place ‘under the oaks,’ as more than 1,000 people met to denounce slavery after being outraged over the passage of the Kansas-Nebraska Act, which had opened new territories to slavery.”
“The ‘Under The Oaks’ park [a VERY small parcel] is located at what is now Second and Franklin streets in Jackson and is a park recognized by the Michigan Historical Center, where a historical marker was erected in 1972.”
“The park has been visited by a number of dignitaries throughout the years. President William Howard Taft visited Jackson in 1910 as part of a dedication ceremony at the site. In 1952, Dwight Eisenhower visited the park during his presidential campaign, and two year later his vice president, Richard Nixon, came to the park. Nixon visited it again in 1960 during his own run for the White House.”
“In recent years the park has been used for GOP rallies. In 2007, Arizona Sen. John McCain stumped in Jackson at the park during his presidential campaign. And during the most recent election, it was the site of a Tea Party Tax Day rally. It’s also where Snyder chose to kick off his gubernatorial campaign in Jackson.”
“Roe said there has always been a dispute between Jackson and Ripon, but said Jackson had the first meeting that culminated in the nominations of candidates for office. He said the removal of the history from the party’s site could lead to further discussion about the true birthplace and settle it once and for all. ‘Maybe it’s time to have the great debate,’ Roe said.”
Party of Freedom
“Though popularized in a Thomas Nest cartoon, the GOP’s elephant symbol originated during the 1860 campaign, as a symbol of Republican strength. Republicans envisioned ‘free soil, free speech, free labor.’ Under the leadership of President Abraham Lincoln, the GOP became the Party of the Union as well.”
“Republican President Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, but it was the entire Republican Party who freed the slaves. The 1864 Republican National Convention called for the abolition of slavery, and Congressional Republicans passed the 13th amendment unanimously, with only a few Democrat votes.”
There are also two assassination attempts on Presidents connected with the beginning of the Republican Party, and now. Tragically, Abraham Lincoln did not survive, while President Trump did (twice at this point!). I believe that the purposes of God were involved with both.
The Kansas-Nebraska Act (May 30, 1854)

Through the invocation of popular sovereignty, Douglas’s proposal would allow the citizens of the Kansas and Nebraska Territories, rather than the federal government, to decide whether to permit or prohibit slavery within their borders.”
[Popular Sovereignty – “In politics, popular sovereignty is the idea that government is authorized by citizens and influenced by what they want. Popular sovereignty means a country's constitution must be ratified by the majority of the people or their representatives. Popular sovereignty is one of the founding ideas of the United States.” This is why it is so crucial that a righteous people, those thru whom the Holy Spirit is allowed by their obedience to move thru and thereby influence their society for good, must live in this nation.
Several of America’s Founding Fathers have spoken of the importance of morality and virtue for any nation to be free and prosperous. In a 1798 speech to the Massachusetts militia, John Adams said, “Our constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” In his Diary and Autobiography, Adams also wrote, “Suppose a nation in some distant Region should take the Bible for their only Law Book, and every member should regulate his conduct by the precepts there exhibited! What a Eutopia, what a Paradise would this region be.”]
“In response to the Kansas-Nebraska Act, pro- and antislavery forces descended on Kansas, followed by an outburst of violence and intimidation [similar to today!]. Dissent in the North and West was so profound that the antislavery Republican Party formed even before the law’s enactment and quickly peeled Northern, antislavery members away from the Democratic, Whig, and Free-Soil Parties, with the latter two parties formally dissolving by the end of 1854 and 1860, respectively.”
“During the 1840s, the push to organize the Kansas and Nebraska Territories was inspired by the prospects of a Transcontinental Railroad and Western settlement. “Without the support of slave-state Senators, the likelihood of completing the railroad remained very low. Hoping to bridge the divide, Stephen Douglas stepped in and argued that the rule of popular sovereignty that had effectively been implemented in the Compromise of 1850 in the Utah and New Mexico Territories should also apply to Kansas and Nebraska. Douglas also had personal and financial reasons for securing a Northern route, which he believed would run through his home state of Illinois and more specifically through the city of Chicago, where he had heavily invested in real estate. In an effort to further appease Southern politicians and win their votes, Douglas worked behind the scenes to ensure that the Missouri Compromise line was formally repealed.”
“Opponents of the law expressed outrage over the dismissal of the Missouri Compromise and accused Douglas of submitting to the slave power. ‘Anti-Nebraska’ organizations quickly materialized throughout the North and Midwest as the cause of free soil united disparate [“fundamentally different”] groups around the central premise of preventing the western expansion of slavery.”
“Seeking to leverage the principles of Popular Sovereignty, immigration aid societies in both the North and South encouraged settlement in Kansas, where two opposing territorial governments and constitutions formed as a localized civil war exploded. Military-minded combatants included so-called ‘border ruffians,’ proslavery Missourians who felt deeply threatened by the possibility of a Free-State on their Western border, in addition to Iowa to the north and Illinois to the East. Border ruffians fought bitterly with Free-State ‘jayhawkers’ and both carried out violent raids and committed massive voter-fraud, leading to national headlines describing ‘Bleeding Kansas’ as the epicenter of America’s sectional divide.”

These facts prove why the current administration, as it was in the days before the civil war and the formation of the new, Republican Party, has also been involved with illegal immigration aid activities regarding illegal migrants. They’ve allowed them to unlawfully enter our nation, so as to illegally gain their votes by placing them in the battle-ground, swing states for their despicable purposes. They give them all kinds of “free” things (with our taxpayer money) to win them over. These governmental leaders are lawless, wicked traitors of this nation that God founded for His purposes.
In their unquenchable lust for power, they have become more and more desperate in their behind-closed-door activities. At this point they’re willing to do anything, including the mindless action of allowing our enemies to pour in whose single goal is to destroy them! Through the prayers of His faithful servants, the Lord will soon, and very soon, deal with their lawlessness that has emboldened them to plan even more blatant, in-our-face, unashamed lawlessness. Their desperation has reached new lows to such a degree that we have never seen before within our borders.]
“The fiery abolitionist John Brown arrived in Kansas in 1855, bringing with him an interpretation of the Kansas-Nebraska Act as a divine call to arms, and his acts of aggression against Missouri slave owners came to characterize the violence along the border. By 1856, political antagonisms over the Kansas-Nebraska Act only intensified in the halls of Congress, culminating in the caning of Senator Charles Sumner by Preston Brooks, a Congressman from South Carolina. Instead of denouncing Brooks’s violent actions, which might have eased the national divide, inspired Southerners sent Brooks hundreds of canes as a sign of solidarity.”
“Another consequence of the Kansas-Nebraska Act was the usurpation of longstanding party affiliations according to sectional loyalties. The cause of free soil over the interest of slavery led many Northern, antislavery Whigs, Free-Soilers, and Democrats to abandon their traditional party affiliations and join the new Republican Party in 1854. In the 1856 election, the Republicans produced their first presidential candidate, John C. Frémont, who represented solely Northern interests. Despite a losing campaign, Frémont managed to win over a substantial number of voters.”
Combined with the admittance of Kansas into the Union as a free state in January 1861, the election of Republican Abraham Lincoln in 1860 represented a major defeat for Stephen Douglas and the hope that popular sovereignty would prevent a complete breakdown of national politics along sectional lines. In a bitter ironic twist, rather than achieving a lasting compromise, the Kansas-Nebraska Act ultimately divided the nation and led it further down the path to civil war.”
[I believe that, if not altered by God, we too are now on the same path that will lead to bloodshed between “brothers.”]
(Re)Possessing The Land
Numbers 33:50-56 – The Israelites were about to cross the Jordan River and possess the Promised Land of their inheritance (see Joshua 1:11). It would require a fight, though, the “good fight,” per the instructions of the Lord. The squatters in the land given to them had to be driven out AFTER the squatters in their hearts had been driven out (i.e. idolatry). It was a conditional promise (v.55). Their complete obedience would not only drive out the inhabitants of the land, but keep them from God’s judgment.
50 On the plains of Moab by the Jordan across from Jericho the Lord said to Moses,
51 "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'When you cross the Jordan into Canaan,
52 drive out all the inhabitants of the land before you. Destroy all their carved images and their cast idols, and demolish all their high places [i.e. idolatry of any sort].
53 Take possession of the land and settle in it, for I have given you the land to possess.
54 Distribute the land by lot, according to your clans. To a larger group give a larger inheritance, and to a smaller group a smaller one. Whatever falls to them by lot will be theirs. Distribute it according to your ancestral tribes.
55 "'But if you do not drive out the inhabitants of the land, those you allow to remain will become barbs in your eyes and thorns in your sides. They will give you trouble [“to bind, to cause distress, to shut up, to harass”] in the land where you will live.
56 And then I will do to you what I plan to do to them.'"

Remember, Repent, and Renew The Covenant
God is now revealing His way to get His people back on track with Him and His purposes. It is through repentance, thereby preparing an obedient remnant to repossess what the devil obtained thru sin, and finish His call for our nation. His “Finishing Fathers” will be given His authority to accomplish His will.
From the article “The Power of a Sacred Assembly,” by Tim Roehl (August 27, 2021);
“Ever done something that required humility, courage and determination regardless of what others might say? You chose to do it because you were responding to a heavenly invitation…in the midst of earthly desperation… counting on the promises of God as your foundation and inspiration. You chose Jesus above all.
Those are defining moments in our lives. Making those decisions (or not) reveals our character. They open doors in the natural and supernatural realms not possible by other means. They have eternal ramifications. They determine destiny… Those times as a church are often called a “Sacred Assembly” or “Solemn Assembly.” They are uncommon and all too rare in churches today…”

The Way Of The Cross
(The following insight is from my book The Resurrected Bride, p.46.)
The battle we are engaged in within this nation will only be won by those who choose the way of the cross of Jesus Christ in self-denial. Peter Marshall and David Manuel explain this way in their book “The Light And The Glory.” They ask the question;
“…Why are so many Christians reluctant to move into a deeper relationship with Christ? Because the way to deepening in Christ is the Way of the cross: the way of self-denial, of unconditional surrender of one's own will to God's will, and of true covenant commitment to one another. This is the Way to which He has called all serious Christians (“If any man would come after Me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow Me” Luke 9:23), and from all that our Christian experience shows us, it is the only way to spiritual maturity.
It is also the only way that we Christians can yet fulfill our nation's call. Individually, and corporately, we need to re-enter the covenant relationship which our forefathers had with God and with one another.
As we have seen, the vertical aspect of the Covenant Way requires that we all consider ourselves to be soldiers in Christ's army, to be sent when and where He directs, for whatever purpose He might have, and to receive our orders cheerfully and without murmuring, setting our wills to carry them out to the best of our abilities...” (p.357)
The Covenant Way
(The following excerpt is from my book Profaning The Covenant; pages are yet to be determined);
“We must be reminded of the individual and corporate plan of the Lord in order for this nation to fulfill its call. The church in America is being confronted by the Lord to make a crucial decision that will affect all who live under our constitution. The immediate question is, ‘Who will you deny, yourself or the Lord?’
Will we act by faith upon the revealed will of the Lord to begin to not just say we are Christians, but prove it by the way we give ourselves in covenant to Him, and one another? The continuation and fulfillment of the covenant promises given to our Forefathers by God in this nation for its inhabitants are dependent upon His children’s response. The decisions we make today determine the direction we will take tomorrow.
Marshall and Manuel close their book with this statement;
“God has called us Christians to a horizontal, as well as vertical covenant. But the cost of turning from our independent ways, of being willing to hear God speak to us through the lips of others, of coming into the light by exposing the hidden sins of attitude or thought, of humbling ourselves by admitting where we are wrong, is more than most of us care to pay…So we modern Christians must humble ourselves and renew the horizontal as well as the vertical aspect of our covenant with God…Our forefathers have broken the trail for us and shown the way. Their call is our call. If just a fraction of us Americans choose to go the Covenant Way, it will suffice.”
Moving The Boundary Stones Established By God
On October 19, 2021, Shelley [my wife] received this word, among other encouraging insights, from the Lord while in prayer early in the morning;
“…Hosea 5:10, that is what I will do to the leaders in your country, along with the leaders in the church.”
He then led me into the following study of Hosea 5:10 regarding the wrath of God that is poured out on those who move boundary stones.

10 Judah's leaders are like those who move boundary [1366- “boundary; limit; territory; closed area.”]
stones. I will pour out my wrath on them like a flood of water. [See Daniel 9:26 and Nahum 1:8.]

It was forbidden by the law of God to move a boundary stone. Today, we would call this a property line which is still illegal to move. Spiritually speaking, God has also established eternal boundaries that are also forbidden to move. Throughout history, though, man has moved them, either for his own ungodly desires, or from ignorance of His law.
As the Lord has declared to Shelley, this has happened within the leadership of our nation, ignoring the Constitution established by our Forefathers in the wisdom of God (see Proverbs 22:8 below). Also, and with even greater consequences, many leaders within the church have ignored the covenantal boundaries established by our Heavenly Father in His word and reestablished their own, per their false doctrines. Both will soon receive God’s wrath for their arrogant actions… (see the Bible study Moving The Boundary Stones for more.)
Momentum And The Ripple Effect
Momentum:
Whether it be in spiritual matters, sports, business, or anything else in life, momentum is a very powerful unseen force in regards to moving forward.
Defining characteristics: That which is moving, rather than sitting or standing still; strength or force gained by motion or by a series of events.
There can be no momentum where there is no movement. And there can be no spiritually significant movement in the direction of the Lord’s will without the leading of the Holy Spirit.

The Day Of “Small Things” (Zechariah 4:10)

Today, Shelley and I drove to the city of Jackson in our state of Michigan, and with no particular emotion or feeling, stood alone on the narrow strip of hallow ground labeled with historical markers as “Under The Oaks” where on July 6, 1854, a state convention of anti-slavery men was held, and the Republican party was formally organized. Led by the Holy Spirit to this very unassuming memorial, we prayed a simple prayer by faith, reclaiming the Republican Party as the Lord’s, for the completion of His purposes through it.
Our Prayer:
“Oh Lord, we ask You to let the ripple effect that goes outward from this seemingly insignificant pebble thrown into the vast waters of the Great Lakes State to build momentum as it’s driven by the wind of the Holy Spirit throughout our nation. May Your mighty hand be lifted up within “The Mitten,” causing the slogan “Pure Michigan” to not be another meaningless advertising campaign, but rather a true heart condition among the majority of our inhabitants. To You alone be the glory for what we believe we will soon behold. Amen.”
Saturday, October 12, 2024; The Day Of Atonement
The Day of Atonement – “The Day of Atonement (Leviticus 23:27-28), also known as Yom Kippur, was the most solemn holy day of all the Israelite feasts and festivals, occurring once a year on the tenth day of Tishri, the seventh month of the Hebrew calendar. On that day, the high priest was to perform elaborate rituals to atone for the sins of the people. Described in Leviticus 16:1-34, the atonement ritual began with Aaron, or subsequent high priests of Israel, coming into the holy of holies. The solemnity of the day was underscored by God telling Moses to warn Aaron not to come into the Most Holy Place whenever he felt like it; he could only come on this special day once a year, lest he die (v.2). This was not a ceremony to be taken lightly, and the people were to understand that atonement for sin was to be done God’s way… Jews today still celebrate the annual Day of Atonement, which falls on different days each year in September-October, traditionally observing this holy day with a 25-hour period of fasting and intensive prayer. Jews also often spend most of the day in synagogue services.”
The following insight is from the Bible study Elul; The Season Of Preparation and 40 Days Of Favor;
“The Jewish month of Elul precedes the High Holy Days of Rosh Hashanah, the Feast of Trumpets, and Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement. The article Elul: Preparing Your Heart for the Fall Feasts gave the following insights for this “appointed time” of the Lord;
“These holidays [Rosh Hashanah and Day of Atonement] are about repentance and right standing with the Holy God of Israel, and one doesn’t enter such a season lightly. Engaging well with the Lord on these matters requires preparation… Jewish tradition holds that on Rosh Hashanah, God pronounces a judgment on each Jewish person for the coming year and, ten days later, on Yom Kippur, He seals that judgment.
[Also, according to Jewish tradition, it is said that during this season of repentance when God is more disposed than ever to look with favor upon you, if an unfavorable judgment is declared over you on Trumpets, that during the next ten days before Atonement it can be changed if the person repents.]
Daniel 7:21-22 – Daniel refers to a “time” [“a set or specified time, a season, appointed time”] when the court of heaven (v.26) pronounces judgment in favor of the saints.
21 "I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the saints and overpowering them
22 until the Ancient of Days came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time [2166- “a set or specified time, a season, appointed time”] arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom…

On October 12, 2024, the Day of Atonement, a call for a day of prayer and fasting is being proclaimed. You can be involved from wherever you live, with other like-minded believers if possible, repenting of individual, and corporate sins. With a humble heart, we are seeking the Lord’s favor in order to repossess territory the enemy has gained within our nation, in particular the Republican Party, the party originally formed for the freedom of the enslaved. I believe it is now the “appointed time” of the Lord when the Lord will judge in favor of His people who seek Him with “clean hands and a pure heart,” by sealing His judgment against His enemies. Praise the Name of the Lord!
